Warranty

Arko designs and manufactures premium quality letterboxes and outdoor products suitable for non-coastal outdoor environments.

Every Arko product has been manufactured and assembled in Australia from a range of metals including 304 stainless steel and aluminium with a decorative powder coated finish.

Powder Coat

Powder coat is a decorative finish only and provides no protection from corrosion.

Minor corrosion on edges, undersides and surfaces do not affect the structural integrity of the product and are not covered by warranty.

Whilst every effort is made to produce the most suitable finish in accordance with the end use and environment the product will be subjected to, Arko cannot guarantee the decorative finish (powder coat) against scratching, chipping, fading or surface corrosion or defects caused by harsh coastal exposure.

Product Care

The frequency of ongoing maintenance will depend on the environment your Arko product is in. Products installed in heavily treed environments require regular cleaning, rinsing and drying of the finish. Please be aware that coastal sea air may deteriorate the finish.

Avoid abrasive cleaners scratching the surface and never use strong solvents on powder coated surfaces. Do not allow bird droppings to build and dry out.

Minor surface corrosion does not affect the structural integrity of the product and is not covered by the warranty. Rough treatment of products can result in damage which is not covered under warranty

WARRANTY

All Arko products come with a 5 year structural warranty from the date of purchase. 

This warranty is deemed void if repairs or alterations are carried out without prior consultation and written agreement from Arko Furniture.
